Our Monthly Picks

Dead Man's Bones - Self Titled

The brain child of Ryan Gosling (yes, the Notebook guy ) and friend
Zach Shields, Dead Man's Bones was released under the radar in 2012
but delivers one of the best original albums I've ever heard. The eerie
sounds and dark lyrics are perfect for this time of year. 5 out of 5  - W

Avicii - True

One of the best albums of the year, Avicii's debut album True
proves to be more than your average electronic dance album.
Melding melodies ranging from folk to disco, Avicii rewrites the
rules for how to make an electronic album. 4.5 out of 5. - W

Arctic Monkeys - AM

AM marks the fifth album that British indie rockers, Arctic Monkeys, have graced upon us.
And dare I say, it's their best offering yet.  Produced by Queen's of the Stone Age front-man,
Josh Homme, AM carries a theme that is unmistakably Josh, but also boast lyrics and melodies
that show why the Arctic Monkeys are quickly becoming one of the best bands of the decade.
5 out of 5. -W
